Risk Management: We can help you plan your business processes in order to lower the risk you take from tenants who skip out or don't pay rent on time.
Tenant Relations Coordination: We can maintain an email list of your tenants, publish a monthly, quarterly or yearly newsletter and handle mailings to your tenants.
Short-Term Property Management: Going on vacation? Call us for short-term property management. We charge 10% of the rent for the time we provide the service. Tenants place all calls to us for assistance and we will handle minor maintenance, lockouts, etc.
Apartment Showings/Reference Checks: We will show your apartment, run credit reports, call in reference checks and present it all to you for final approval. We charge $250 if we rent your unit. If we don't then you pay nothing!
